Send Me.
“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” – Isaiah 6:8
Our theme for this year’s Campmeeting is Send Me. As we see our world getting more and more chaotic, now more than ever missionaries and gospel workers are needed everywhere.
Truly darkness is covering the earth and gross darkness the people but God is calling upon His people to let their light shine.
Well, the question might be asked who are missionaries? We are told, “Every true disciple is born into the kingdom of God as a missionary.” DA 195.2
If you are a true disciple you are a missionary and you are needed more than ever. How can you make your business a missionary endeavor? How can Outpost truly be an OUT- post? How can the city mission actually fulfill its mission? Or how can I witness for Christ where ever I go? How can I join the Lord’s work of winning souls?
Join us at the annual Red River Outpost campmeeting where we will look at these questions and much more!
Many would be willing to work if they were taught how to begin. They need to be instructed and encouraged. – {MH 149.1}
Topics Include:
Agriculture 101
In this workshop you will learn how to start your garden, sustain your family and also bless your community. More importantly, you will learn how this is a means for the harmonious development of body, mind and soul.
Mental Wellness
Our minds are constantly under attack from numerous sides. Depression, anxiety, worry, fear, and anger are more and more common— even among God’s people. This year, we will focus on tools in God’s Word that will empower us to win the battle over our minds.
How to Study the Bible
Do you ever feel like sometimes the Bible seems hard to understand, dry, and hard to find answers? In this session, you will walk away with a deeper knowledge of how to use your Sword and, also, learn how to answer the most difficult questions about your faith.
Strengthening Prayer Life
Prayer is the breath of the soul, yet too often we go about our days suffering from want of communion with God. In this session, you will learn ways to strengthen your prayer life on a day-to-day basis.
Food Preservation
Food preservation is a valuable skill we all should know. It is especially important in preparation for what’s coming ahead. In a hands-on way, you will learn the different methods available. (Bonus…It is also a great family activity that brings everyone together!)
Natural Remedies
God has given us countless herbs for healing. Learn all about “God’s Farmacy” and use these natural remedies for you, your family, and others in need.
